Vinyasa Yoga ist einer der beliebtesten zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Yogastile. Vinyasa bedeutet im Sanskrit &#8220;auf eine bestimmte Art und Weise platzieren&#8221; und bezieht sich auf eine Praxis, die die einzelnen Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe ganz individuell zusammenstellt. Die Praxis dient vor allem dazu, die Konzentration zu verbessern. Sch\u00f6ne Abwechslung.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"Standard\">Einige Klassen f\u00fchren durch eine langsamere, auf der Ausrichtung basierenden Bewegungen mit Elementen des Yin Yoga, in denen wir zusammen die einzelnen Haltungen tiefer erkunden. Andere Klassen sind kr\u00e4ftigender mit schnelleren Abl\u00e4ufen und Sequenzen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass nicht alle Asanas f\u00fcr jeden K\u00f6rper geeignet sind bzw. auch die Tiefe einzelner Haltungen variieren kann und darf.
